Amy Powers

I was born in Anderson County, Kentucky, but made Frankfort my home in 2007. I graduated college from Kentucky State University with a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration. I have worked for the Commonwealth of Kentucky since May 2004, primarily focusing my career in the areas of Finance, Budget, Systems Management, and Financial Auditing. I have a son (Aiden), two daughters (Caroline and Aliza), and a life partner (Aaron) who all somehow put up with me and my shenanigans! I am very driven, determined, I have a strong work ethic, and I am hyper-focused on achieving goals. I have always had an interest in real estate, specifically buying and selling properties for profit; an area in which I have been very successful. In 2017 while on maternity leave from work, I decided to become a licensed Realtor® and I’m so glad I did. I have thoroughly enjoyed helping people find the perfect home to meet their needs, while also providing guidance to maximize their investment! This has been a fun and exciting way for me to share what I love to do with others, while meeting new acquaintances, and making lifelong friendships. I also feel incredibly fortunate to work alongside some of the most talented professionals in the business at Keys to Kentucky! I am a member of Bluegrass Realtors®, registered with the National Association of Realtors®, and I am here to assist however I can be helpful!
