Sarah Thompson

Kentucky is my home.  I was born in the Peaks Mill area of Frankfort and currently reside there with my Husband Jonathan and our three kids.  We are an active family that is very involved in our church Forks of Elkhorn and our community.  You often see us at concerts, soccer games, local restaurants, dance, and everywhere in between.  From a young age sales and people have been my passion.  I have worked as the Joint Venture General Manager at several Panera Bread Companies over the span of almost 10 years.   Then opened a boutique and sold gifts and smoothies. Sweet Sarah's was a vibrant business and such a special time as it really allowed me to connect and plug into Central Kentucky. I’ve worked around real estate most of my young adult life.  It was a job that I quickly fell in love with and have become (I say humbly) very successful.  Since my career started in 2015 I have worked with hundreds of buyers and sellers and repeat clients on purchasing property.  I have navigated residential, commercial, land, new construction, relocation, historic purchases, foreclosures, investments.  In spring of 2022 I became a licensed broker and opened the doors to Keys to Kentucky Realty. Our home office is centrally located in Frankfort, KY but we service many counties in Central Kentucky.  We sell properties in Franklin, Scott, Anderson, Woodford, Shelby, Fayette, Mercer, and Owen County.  I can truly say that I love my job. People and results are my passion. I strive to deliver excellent communication and trust.
